Warm, welcoming....also very warm 🥵. First timer of yoga anything and decided to take sculpt classes, I was very nervous but the instructors make everyone feel so at ease.

SLP is not my favorite studio, but it is the closest to my home. I have recently found several teachers that are very good, after some disappointing classes this summer. Reena and Amy Fo lead a beautiful C2, Darrin is a crazy hard Sculpt teacher and is fun and has great positive energy. Glad to find some classes at this studio that work.

The staff was exceptionally kind and it was an amazing workout. My only frustration with that location is the parking. It’s a catastrophe. It’s dangerous. Is there a way to have more reserved spots for CorePower and maybe a crosswalk across from the parking ramp?

I really enjoy going to Erin's Yoga Sculpt class on Sunday mornings at 8:45am. This time works perfect for my schedule and Erin's classes always challenge me! Her music and routine is always well planned and the class works for me.

Bre’s sculpt is excellent. The format is solid and safe. Cues are accessible and her Halloween tunes were really fun!

I love when the instructors pair the classes to very motivating music <3. And count down with numbers from hard poses or sequences. All instructors were also very nice!

I love the sweat and the teachers. The variations in classes- Yoga Sculpt, Core Power, etc are great. I get an overall sense of wellbeing after my class.
