Loved the class; its pace and intensity. Everyone I have encountered at this location and the Down Town Mpls. location have been very nice, knowledgable and friendly. I only wish I could afford a package vs. drop-in classes. 😉 Oh well, happy to have found a Yoga studio that is near me, that I love and that offers hot Yoga with cardio & weights...perfect. I enjoy the large studio somewhat larger locker space (although it really would be nice if it was larger) relative to the number of studio attendees. The instructors are fabulous - especially Bri C, Joel, and John. I drive further to get to the NE studio due to the availability of parking compared to downtown.

I love that there is a wide variety of classes and a large quantity of classes as well. If makes it easier to get to a class with the random schedule I have. It is always a good workout, which I really like as well.
The teachers kind of push us to connect with the class. I've been to a couple different Sculpt classes in the metro area and I don't think any other location has us "high five" the person next to us!
New studio. Clean and spaceous. Good locker room.
New 8 am sculpt class is great. 7:30 am would be better but 8 is okay. I wish other studios had something inbetween 6 am and 9:30 am. Sometimes 6 am is really early.

Nice clean studio. I like the time on the 11am C1 class. ive enjoyed all the teachers. Amelia in particular. Core Power is very lucky to have her.

The staff is the BEST. They all make an effort to get to know your name. Also, I think the NE studio does the best adjustments in class.
