Natalie is such an amazing teacher. I’ve taken her C2 and Sculpt and literally plan my weekly hair wash schedule around going to her Tuesday night Sculpt- can’t miss it!
Adding in that I would love to see the return of a 75 min sculpt class on Sundays (: I went to one of Sam’s Saturday morning classes and I miss her long (pre-Covid) Sunday sculpts!!

I loved this particular class as it combined core restore and CorePower 2 in a 90 minute segment. I thought it was perfect. Mark was a fantastic teacher. I brought a buddy and she loved it too.

Very friendly environment right away, people at front desk explained everything that I needed to know and told me if I had any questions they were there to help! After class the instructor spoke with me more about my free trial and exploring classes! I will be back!

The music kept going out on Lauren but she handled it super well and was able to still guide us without music for quite some time and then quickly found a way to fix the music. I know she was really stressed about the situation and kept apologizing but I think she did a great job handling something completely out of her control! She is also one of my favorite teachers and does a great job making the class challenging and fun.
