I love the core cardio circuit you are now offering. Its a great balance to yoga and sculpt. The high intensity really changes up my workouts and I love it.

Its nice to have a "group" holding you accountable.

The atmosphere was inviting and appealing. The instructor for hot fusion was amazing and kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone I come in contact with and plan on becoming a regular myself!

I really enjoyed Kathy B's sculpt class. I'm an avid sculpter, her style is infectious! We had as much fun as we worked hard. Very unique to her as an instructor, GREAT JOB KATHY!

I thought the instructor Beth was phenomenal. I am very new to this and she made me feel very comfortable. The class-size was small which I like to because it wasn't overwhelming. The facility was clean and welcoming!
