Greg Hines is a kind and wise genius. The studio is beautiful and the locker room is clean. My only issue is that there always seem to be students in the studio before class conversing, which makes it hard to be at peace and settle in for practice.

Everything! The hotter and harder the sculpt classes are, the better. Samantha, Kathy B and Lisa Marie meet that requirement. I want more of them!

I like the instruction and the energy in the classes. I particularly like the challenges that Amelia coaxes out of us on Tuesday at 6:00 (C2). Its good, hard work and she balances us out with very thoughtful words and ideas.

Class variety & lots of times to choose from
I've been going to classes at CPY for over 5 years. In all that time, I've had one instructor who seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Every other teacher has been wonderful. The classes taught by the teachers-in-training are always delightful and it is lovely to see them change and grow.
After class I feel centered and ready to face whatever comes my way.

Erin's C2 was excellent! Her sequences were creative and her teaching style was positive and challenging yet relaxed. I'm a pilates instructor, and while I don't have specific yoga expertise, I thought her cuing and corrections were very sound. Great class.
