Everything- temperature, moves, showers, retail, teachers, classes. Think about adding some barre classes!
I love the kind instructors, the welcoming atmosphere, the excellent facilities, and how the teacher says Namaste at the end of each session.
The cadence was just right. Plus he kept it to the traditional series. I appreciate no shoulder posters to give them a break.
Loved the supportive and encouraging atmosphere and the AWESOME playlist. The instructor was great and I appreciated him checking in with me after class as I was a new face. This was my first yoga sculpt class and I will definitely be back. The workout was challenging yet never felt overwhelming or undoable!
