I think it is a great place for someone who is just getting into yoga. The classes I have been to have been small and the teachers are very good at explaining the positions.

I only have attended classes at the uptown location once (usually saint Louis park or Edina) however my experience was great. Lucas is a wonderful instructor. Only thing I wish is that there more parking.

What do you like about our products and services?

Really great classes! Love sculpt. Keep encouraging instructors to change routines and keep things challenging so regulars don't hit a plateau.

I like that instructors are educated and get to know their students. Keep this up!

I love the teachers. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate what the bring to their classes and are always willing to help with questions. For products I constantly have to refrain from buys new yoga clothes every time I go.
