The class was amazing! Great workout incorporating all the muscle groups, heated room, strengthening, stretching & toning all at once. Came out feeling totally energized & enthralled because I knew I'd given my body a nice challenge!

I really enjoyed the sculpt class. It was much more intense than I expected, which I really liked becuase I normally do more high intensity interval training workouts. I also did a hot power fusion class which I liked as well. The facilites are very clean and nice.

Great workout, and really supportive, friendly teachers.

It's a bit pricey for me to bring myself to go often, but I'd definitely recommend the experience (with the caveat that I view it as a treat to myself).

I love the atmosphere of the yoga studio. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. I also love that I get a real workout from the yoga sculpt class, including cardio.

Classes are great for people of all levels. I don't have a background in yoga at all and still feel comfortable coming to the classes.
