Instructors are very personable and knowledgeable. Challenging classes with creative sequencing. Clean spaces, including locker rooms. Retail area is well kept and fun to peruse.

More C1 and C2 evening classes. I remember there were later times (after 7pm) for C1/C2 yoga last year, but now I see more Yoga sculpt classes in the late evening times.
Mentally and physically challenges my body only to feel revived afterwords.

As a new person I was warmly welcomed and well introduced to the locker room, studio. After class I was checked in on how I felt about class and my experience - it was nice to speak with the teacher and give/receive feedback and ask questions.
