I enjoy Sandy's classes because she always includes the opportunity to stretch yourself by trying something new or goIng to the next level. In other level 2 classes I don't feel like my practice has as much potential to grow.
Very helpful and cheery staff - I left my session with significantly less stress, less tension, happier, and with a significant bounce in my step. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

The studio is always clean and well maintained. The instructors are energetic and helpful in class.
I love yoga skulp but I wish the class was offered at more times such as 5 or 6 pm.
The instructor/Assistant Manager, Carrie, was incredibly helpful! I really enjoyed the class (I took a C2 class), and I felt it was challenging and fun. I like that there are 2 studios with a variety of classes offered, and they let you borrow a lock in case you forget one.

My instructor was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get deeper into certain poses without being forceful.
