I only attended 1 C2 class which was perfect but I particularly appreciated the very friendly and genuine staff. Refreshing.
I am a new black tag member and have only taken sculpt classes. There is a lot of positive energy in the studio and each class, making it very motivating. I enjoy the mix of cardio, weights and yoga all into one. Having an intention set at the beginning of each class gives it purpose. And so far all of my instructors have been amazing!

I used to be a big Barre3 person, but I like the strength and cardio combo that the CorePower sculpt class offers. It whips me into shape quicker than any other class!
