The teachers are the most important thing for me. Having experienced teachers as Gwyn, Carrie and Patti S. with vast experience, passion, knowledge and diversity in their classes is definitely the best!
The facilities are very nice, clean and organized. You always feel welcome and at peace when you arrive. Plus the community in general has a very good energy!

You offer a lot of different classes in a day making it possible for me to come work out while having an unpredictable work schedule. All of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep me motivated!

sometimes it really become frustrating to rush to classes just because the policy of closing the entrance when a class starts. other than that, I enjoy the classes and the teachers very much.

I like the heat, the music, the low-light, natural-feeling studio environment, the C2 style of yoga- always different but familiar, always a good strengthening yoga work out and good for my soul/spirit too. I love the mix of teachers right now! All good in different ways.
