The classes at CorePower are great. Really one of a kind. The energy is amazing and the classes are unique and fun. However, its clearly out of several peoples price range so its hard to say that I would always recommend it. But I always love coming when there's a free class and always tell my friends to come too!

I love the yoga with weights classes. They are a GREAT workout and very consistent. The teachers are friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. I also love that there are core power locations all over. It's a great business.

I like the predictability of the experience, actually. Always high quality, instructors always upbeat. Clean, welcoming...and I always know that whatever I bring to the mat on any given day is OK. So it ends up being a very personal experience in a public place.
The yoga sculpt class is the best in the state, no doubt about it!
