I love the instruction and how people can go at their own pace during class. I love the meditative aspect. I love the HPF and candle night late at night - great way to end the night. I like the variety in classes although I am still working on trying all of them!

I'm very happy with most everything at CPY. I only feel that the locker rooms could use a good deep clean. They are beginning to look a little grimy.
