I liked the class vibes

I started with CorePower 1 and it was a nice and challenging refresher class to begin my yoga practice again. The girls at the front were so friendly and welcoming and Angela did a great job explaining postures and alternative postures.

Love the variety of classes and many time options throughout the day.
