They let you do whatever you want in class but great instruction. Feels great too. Like the flexibility in the classes and variety. Many times to do classes.

Core power has become a daily routine for me... I am retired and a bit older than most of your clientele, but I still feel welcome by all and have made several new acquaintances at both the Nevada and Garden of the Gods studios. I love that classes are offered throughout the day/evening. I attend at various times and try to attend all the different offerings you provide. I enjoy the workshops - Julie Jo and Holly challenged us with their "Born to Fly" sessions - so fun! I relish the inspirational offerings at the beginning of each class - I know I am benefiting from these thought-provoking words. I look forward to interacting with the staff and just can't offer enough praise to all of you for your efforts and dedication. I thank you all.

As for the products - I am not a big shopper, so I don't get as excited about the clothes. However, I do love to look :-) Personally, I favor the colorful gear over all the black and grey.

Love the teachers!! Having a problem with the crowds at the hot a.m. session on Nevada. Also inconsiderate a holes that come in late!! and leave during the class for a tissue and then return right away. Absolutely inexcusable disruption. Really turned off. Teacher should have said something!(Heather)

Great space; great schedule. The class was fabulous. I like the retail also. Many similar items to ours up in North Denver, but some great other finds as well.
