Fairly diverse class set along with diverse set of teachers who can imprint a bit of their personal style on their respective classes and allows for the experience to be fresh and varied from time to time while still getting an amazing workout. Appreciate that most of the classes are 1 hr and have music, usually very solid playlists. Environment is appealing and typically clean. My only issue is the cost of the membership. I pay $79 a month a DavidBartonGym, (one of Chicago's premier facilities) and can do HIIT classes, yoga classes, pilates classes, and an array of other strength, biking and cardio classes along with access to freeweights and steam and sauna for half the price CPY charges. The company has obviously instituted and aggressive growth model and doesn't have issues filling the studios or popping up new studios at a rapid pace, so it's model is working. If I knew that the full-time teachers and full-time employees were all making around or over $50k a year I would feel better about the high cost, but with so many other alternatives it is tough to justify it on a monthly basis. That said, I usually start on a Groupon and then keep on for a couple months and drop off. I also recommend it as an amazing workout and experience to friends, etc and would consider carrying both memberships if it was around $80 a month. My concern is that it seems to be more profit driven and about an accelerated growth model and lacks the balance I would like to see in a yoga studio. But, with how much people spend on their phones, food, booze, etc. at least CPY is bringing health and its correlated happiness to the masses which wins in the end.

I am new to practicing yoga, and the team at CorePower has been so open and welcoming. Even when i took my first class, I was relaxed and comfortable with the studio. The teachers are all so supportive both during and outside of class. They always have great tips after class for stretches to recover and adapt to my new practice.

Really liked the 1.5 class I took. People at front desk friendly and helpful as it was my first time at this location.
The teachers are well trained, and develop their own following based on people's preferences. I like the variety of challenges the classes offer and how each teacher brings their unique style to the mat. I started out doing Yoga For Trade because I was new to the city and still unemployed. Now that I am working I will continue with Corepower because the mental and physical benefits I have gained over the last couple months are worth my time and money.
The app for smartphones is great. Because of my suspect shoulders, I am limited to HPF classes for yoga. With the app, I can find an HPF class anywhere in town while I'm on the go. All of the CorePower studios are neat and clean and the staff and instructors are very nice. While I use almost any CorePower studio in town, I especially like the heat in Uptown's studio. (My only complaint is that the South Loop studio doesn't get hot enough.)

I go to CPY in Seattle, but fly out to Chicago frequently for work and always go to the Uptown studio, staff rocks! HPF with Kelly B on Fridays is the best way to unwind after a long work week on the road!

I really love the place!I lost 15 pounds in almost half the month that I have enrolled - A great gift for myself before my bday... I became religious with the classes, I became patient and flexible with great CORE POWER! The yogi instructors are welcoming and the place is warm (figuratively and literally)...
Phenomenal teachers who inspire to live fuller life.
The classes are great. There's a variety of classes that almost every kind of yogi would find a class that is just right for them. Mostly for the yogis who like a good sweat and workout. CPY classes will give you a good workout. The instructors are friendly and I always find my favorites. The facilities are clean and most classes at Uptown are roomy.
