Studio itself is nice and big. The instructor was great, and she had a great flow.

All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I like the 60 minute classes(as opposed to 90), and I like how each class of the same type will follow the same format, and of course the instruction is excellent.

Instructors are warm and and knowledgeable I do have to say I live closer to uptown location but the classes are not at time’s convenience for me. I end up going to Lakevirw and Lincoln Park unfortunately

Such a great work out! Sculpt is a combo of core, resistance and cardio. Wonderful balance.
I loved Abby's enthusiasm and encouragement throughout the class. She helped connect with an intention and kept that present throughout. Not to mention it was a great physical challenge!

The class was great! The teacher was amazing, and the location had everything I needed - mats for rental, water fountains, locks provided on the locks, etc.
