It's a great workout and the environment is wonderful. People are always nice and I enjoying coming to try different classes.
Erin O is one of my favorite instructors here! She's a master at guiding the class through all of the moves. I appreciate her reminder to "recommit to the front leg bend" during warrior 2 as I still need the reminder all these months later. :) She spends time with the yogis, adjusting postures when necessary (not all instructors do this and I always appreciate the help so I can keep learning/growing). Her voice and tone is very relaxing which is nice in her early morning classes. She's also got a great music selection. I leave the class feeling invigorated, sweaty (in a good way!), strong, awake, and ready to tackle my day!

Great class and the teacher was great. Would suggest not letting guests come in late as it's disturbing after we start class. Also many of the lockers were broken.

I love the way the C2 classes are ran. I've enjoyed each instructor and also enjoy the uniqueness each one brings. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have walked in late a few times and everyone was understanding, even though I am causing a disruption and inconvenience.

Love the 8:30 Sat Yoga Sculpt class. I have invited three people to go with me already. Also, I think the merchandise is curated very well. I would wear just about everything in the store and have bought a few items already. This studio is well maintained, others good classes at good times and is close to home. Love it. Hoping to get to it more regularly this Spring.
