Karla was amazing.
This is one of my favorite studios. I feel like all of the Yoga Sculpt classes (which is what I come to this studio for) are original, different, exciting, and just really great. I love the prompts the instructors give making my work out even more effective and safe. The music is great. The room is hot. And the moves are not repetitive which keeps me engaged in the class/workout!

I love the studio and the classes! Carla and Sarah are the very best teachers! The community of the studio is wonderful and supportive.
I have visited that particularly location before, with my sister.... She goes there periodically for different classes. Every time I visit her, from overseas, we try to go to a yoga class and this is conveniently close and offers different classes. Usually any class we go the teachers are excellent and you get your workout for the day.
