Great sense of community. Love that the teachers try to remember you. Love that Sculpt is offered quite a bit on Saturdays so if I miss one there’s another one shortly after it. Bridget’s Saturday morning class has amazing energy and always starts my weekends off great.

The crew here are so welcoming and friendly and have some of the best classes in town. Also my personal schedule is very unpredictable and the fact that core power pretty much has a class every hour is extremely helpful to be able to find time to squeeze in a class.

Love your HPF class schedule! I live across the street from the lakeview studio so that’s where I spend the majority of my time but there are no early morning HPF classes during the week. And your instructors are great.
Paco’s sculpt was fantastic. Lovely energy, and incredibly supportive throughout class. Music was fantastic.
Emilia’s CSX was right on point. Worked hard, made me smile throughout. Encouraging, and acknowledging of her students.

Every body was very welcoming and friendly. Awesome instructor. The girls at the desk were very kind and helpful too and they always greet me with their beautiful smiles. I love coming there and surely recommend everyone to go there.

Great temperature, cadence and pace.
LOVE CP and especially Roscoe location. My only one complaint is when some instructors play music so loud you can not hear them talk or keep music very loud during Savasana. Minor minor thing, but so amazing otherwise!
I attend classes at 5 studios-Sauganash, Old Orchard, Glenview, Winnetka and Roscoe Village. Bridgette's class is my favorite of the week. I am not alone, every week I arrive earlier, since the class to jam packed! She is wonderful and loves teaching. Her class is thoughtful, challenging and fun!
