I love the core power with weights...esp the 7:15 in the gold coast

I like type of yoga workout I get at Core{ower, I still feel like I'm getting the benefits of yoga and meditation while getting a rigorous workout. All the staff at CorePower are very friendly and hospitable. I feel as though the instructors guide me into challenging myself and deepening my yoga practice.

Instructors are well taught, facility is always clean, and classes are always challenging.

I like the attention of instructors and the fact that they seem to be in good physical health. Its wonderful to be surrounded by those who practice what they preach.

Please, PLEASE consider offering a 7am or 8am C2 on weekdays. Big gap between 6am & 9am and I love taking a class before work!

I really like how I am always pushed very hard. Every class is challenging and I always feel good and proud of myself afterwards.

I like that it's convenient and there are classes around the clock for beginners all the way to experts. The staff is always very helpful and kind and I always feel better after leaving.

Friendly staff and instructors, classes are full but not uncomfortably so, variety of classes is great (just tried core restore, very different but very good!)

The class was challenging but has a great flow. The time flew by!
