The staff is very personable and helpful. When I arrived, they pointed out that the studio my class would be held in was currently holding another class, but I could use one of the other studios to stretch beforehand. They were courteous enough to come and let me know that the other class had ended and I could come and meditate before class started.
Friendly, welcoming to beginners, and also very convenient with som many classes every day.

I love CorePower and have been coming regularly (mostly LP location) with Class Pass for close to a year. But, I have been disappoint the past few weeks. Ever since you released your Groupon I have only been able to take one class in the past month. Every single class is booked, hopefully classes will start to open back up after the Groupon crowd is done.

Variety of classes. Easy to follow but you still have to work hard.

Great locker rooms and staff. The evening C2 class was so full they had to turn people away though. Perhaps there should be more class offerings at the busiest times after work. It was so crowded that we could not do the poses properly.

I absolutely love the Sculpt class- I had Amy as an instructor, and she was amazing. The class combined everything I look for in a workout- muscle toning and cardio. I'm very impressed about the studio cleanliness and overall look.

Friendly and welcoming.
It's a full body work, it can be relaxing, or upbeat/energetic but at all times you know you're getting a great workout in. The teachers are great and the music is fun and motivational.
