I love CorePower's energizing classes and beautiful facilities. Recently, I've noticed that the "hot yoga" smell has gotten worse at the LP location, especially in the locker room. While I know that it's unavoidable and won't keep me away, it has definitely become stronger in the recent weeks!
I travel frequently and CP happens to be in the cities I go to most. The schedules are work-friendly, and I like that I know, very generally, what I am getting when I go to a class in an unfamiliar studio.

I went to the Vinyasa Level 2 class at 5:30pm on November 12. Ashley was a great instructor. I loved how long her flows were and how she broke them up with an ab sequence and restorative poses. She ran a fun class, and I got a good workout. Her playlist was awesome too. Overall, excellent class!
It's a smaller studio, so it's much more intimate.
The classes and teachers are great, but I wish they offered free towels/mats for monthly users.
Loved taking C2 and sculpt!
I love the class times and availability for C2 and sculpt. The teachers at this studio are amazing! My favorites are Halle, Ashley K, Joanna and Reyna. The classes are always unique and challenging.
