Nothing, but as we are a French Family the high level of precision of indications given by the instructor during the session makes it less easy to digest for us. 10 would be a situation where I French would easily understand everything on the first day, it is fine as it is part of the process for me, and pqrt of the Yoga process overall.
You are an awesome club in many ways, you have many clubs in town, and hopefully I'll get you a few friends in it.

Great, hard class. Good sweat, and not nearly as hot as I last remembered that class. Not overly crowded, and I felt immediately comfortable when I walked in the room.

I liked the energy of teacher for c1 yesterday

I was only able to make it to one class during my free week, but I was impressed with the facilities and the CP 2 class. The cleanliness and the ample space were nice features and I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place to practice.

I love the yoga class with weights. I really feel the burn and love the incorporation of a little bit of cardio in the class! Aside from the class everyone is super nice and welcoming! My first day I felt very comfortable and loved the facilities.

Every sculpt class I've taken here has been challenging, regardless of the teacher. I like that I don't have to pick and choose classes based on the teacher because I know any class will be a good workout for me.

Great first class at this location with Halle. Loved the overall look of the place. Fantastic window that looks like moving art when people walk past.

The classes allow me to relax and get a great workout. There is opportunity to be a little more clean in the studio.
