Schedule is pretty flexible. Whether you are an early riser or heavy on the alarm snooze snooze button...you can usually catch a class at all times of the day.
Took the hot fusion class the other day and it was outstanding. Locker room was a bit small but a great studio otherwise.

The sense of community is very strong. While I was in the lounging area waiting for my class to begin; I witnessed the instructors engaging with everyone who walked through the door. Whether it was a simple, but important , "hello, thanks for coming" or speaking with a student about the positive energy that they radiated during class, the instructors very naturally and energetically acknowledged them and their contributions.
Also, Halle was the instructor for my class. Amazing knowledge, great sense of play and encouragement.

I like all the staff and classes that I take. Audrey, Sonjya, Jim, and Reyna are AMAZING INSTRUCTORS! Very prompt and always give me an awesome workout! They change it up and keep the sculpt class fresh! I feel great each time I leave there!

Didn't think I would like a heated class but I loved it. Challenging but not too difficult to scare away a first-timer. Will be coming back.
