I might suggest adopting the hand out of cool lemon-lavender face towel at the end of class (like Lsvle does) Its the best way to end a good workout.

The classes are so relaxing, and all of the instructors are great!

Your classes are harder than other corepower locations I have been to. I like going to your studio because it is a challenge and even if i look dumb doing something no one judges.

The Inversion Workshop was awesome! Great instruction and demonstrations, each step concise and understandable, and very personable and encouraging!! Practical take home exercises for strengthening and balancing with confidence. And a lot of fun!!
PS. Like the group introduction also!

Very friendly and inviting. Class was great level. Teacher gave cues at pass that worked very well for me. She spoke loudly and clearly. Room was kept at a temperature that was what I expected. Facility was clean!
