There was one billing issue, and I am very happy with how quickly Derise moved to remedy the situation. I paused my account for one month, but could not stay away. This studio, and all boulder Cpy studios, successfully treat their students like gold. Despite the minor billing hiccup, Derise acted in her most professional manor and always welcomes with open arms.
