The studio was a clean great space!
The instructor was clear and precise. i was a little taken aback by the cardio jumping in yoga. i have bad knees so try to avoid high impact but the overall class was really enjoyable and a good workout.

I really enjoy yoga sculpt! Cerissa is amazing! I love how she switches up her music playlist and routines. The was she incorporates cardio, provides challenging alternatives, and adjustments is awesome!

A very welcoming studio with great teachers!

I love that none of the yogis "phone it in." When they say, "If you have any questions I'm happy to talk with you." They mean it! When the schedule went dark on the hot power fusion classes they were brought back because their clients really wanted them. I'd love to see a level 1.5 class for those of us that know the flow but would like a bit of variety without the heat and leap of challenge a level 2 class needs. Keep it up-and keep the senior yogis!

Instructors are very friendly and almost always know my name. The yoga clothes are ridiculously expensive though, even when they're on "clearance."

What an amazing yoga studio! Staff were very welcoming and provided me with a mat, offered a towel. as they knew I was traveling. What a trusting place. No locks needed-although available if requested. A definite highlight of my trip. Instructor even called me by name! scored a great deal on some leggings too!
