Everyone is so friendly and they are the best workout classes I've been to

The registration and check in was straight forward. Fallon, the instructor doing the checking in, was very friendly and welcoming. She didn't know how to deal with my voucher issue (I had a Groupon and another one month pass) but assured me that she'd make sure it got straightened out. The facilities were clean, inviting, and well organized. The class was well structured and tought clearly and with confidence. I did not like having mirrors in the studio, though I can see the appeal of being able to see--not just feel--proper alignment. I did not think it appropriate to have a Buddha statue at the front without instructing students to turn around when lying down so as to not have their feet pointing at the Buddha. That is a big no no to Buddhists--showing disrespect. Otherwise, I think you operate a tight ship.

Everyone is extremely nice. The teachers are hands on, encouraging and technical. I was in the class last night at 6pm & what an excellent class. I will be joining again!

I work 80 hour weeks often, so I look forward to yoga as an escape, and CPY Newton provides exactly that. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and cheerful, the instruction is consistently good, and the classes are really intense (great for de-stressing). It's also nice to see that as the studio gets more popular and crowded, the staff have done a good job of maintaining it's small feel and warm environment (both literally and figuratively).

I love the music, all the instructors I have had and the cleanliness of the studio. I generally take the YS class, which is a fantastic workout. But I really like the fusion and C2 classes as well.

I think the style of workout is very conducive to millennials pace of life and combines meditation and yoga perfectly with intense and fulfilling workouts

Sculpt class is like nothing else. Felt so amazing afterwards and the locker rooms make you felt like you're in a really nice spa. Staff is so friendly and helpful by far my favorite yoga studio in Boston!!

Besides the fact 60 min sculpt is the most amazing work out I have experienced, the overall vibe and energy that the instructors bring to class really keep me motivated and focused.
