I love the studios, how the whole place is laid out, from the parking to the bathrooms, to the water fountain to the studios themselves, it works really well. I have loved the instructors that I have had there except this week I did not think Lauren was up to the standards of the others I have had there.

I had the best experience at CorePower Yoga the first time I went. The class was both relaxing yet strenuous and I left the class feeling relaxed and feeling like I had a great workout. The teacher was engaged fully the entire time, and it was clear that she was passionate about the class and making everyone else passionate about the class. I can't wait to go back and do another class. I would highly recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone!

The instructors are very good and promote a "go at your own pace" while pushing each student to work hard. The location is very clean, and parking is simple. Music in the sculpt class is upbeat and fun.
