Margaret is the best. Great parking situation. The studios seem clean.

I love the class structure and the instructors. The instructors create yoga sequences to help strengthen your core. My two favorite instructors are Michelle and Reggie.

Great place to do yoga! Lulu is a wonderful manager. Samantha’s class on is a great way to end your Monday. Leah and Ana do great morning classes. Alyssa’s C1 is key to start you off if you are a beginner.

I love the variety of classes that are offered at this studio. Whether I want a more low key strictly yoga class, or the yoga sculpt which is a high intensity full body work out that incorporated yoga poses, there’s numerous options and all of the teachers are amazing!
