Its a very warm and inviting yoga environment. Not like some Bikram Yoga studios where its stuffy, clicky and too much pressure to be perfect
Great studio! I've only been a few times and I like it very much. Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice women's locker room with complimentary supplies which I thought was a classy touch. I've enjoyed the three classes I've taken so far. The instructors are great!

The candlelight hot yoga class is my favorite and love that it has a 9 p.m start time.

Class schedules & classes! Love having early morning, evening AND afternoon options at multiple locations in Boston. No-one else offers classes throughout the day to compliment non-nine to five jobs. The teachers are amazing. HPF and sculpt classes are consistently great across all locations. Please open a location in East Boston soon!
