The staff was so welcoming with very positive energy, and I loved the modern clean facilities. The instructor was great, solid playlist.

I enjoyed the intensity of the class and the integration of Hot yoga and aerobic exercise. I am curious to try other classes. The staff and clients all seem to be friendly, especially Andrea who taught the class. I would definitely take classes at Core Power again.

I really like the Medford studio-- really nicely laid out. It could use one or two more thorough cleanings every once in a while, but the teachers are wonderful and it is a great space.

The staff was SO friendly and welcoming. Yoga is out of my comfort zone as I usually lift and run but I felt so comfortable and had the best experience.

The hot yoga classes are amazing. The instructor, facility, and class attendees were all top notch. I am inpressed with the cleanliness and quality of the studio.

I left a comment about why I love CorePower Yoga a minute ago but also wanted to provide another piece of feedback/suggestion. For the membership price there could be better locker rooms. Specifically, a bigger space and also towel service. I know this is probably not doable as it would cost a lot of money to renovate and included laundry service for towels, but I wanted to leave a comment anyway. The gym memberships at this price with other organizations offer better locker rooms and towels, which I think would sway members to switch if one of these gyms opened in Medford.

The classes and instructors are wonderful! I love the C2 classes especially, I always feel physically and mentally great after.

We joined because of instructors like Kari, Tracey, and Courtney. Took free C1 classes.
Easy access and so many schedule options. These three innstructors were great in explaining and coaching newbies with no yoga knowledge.

But our first instructor Krystal was very bad and did not demonstrate any courses and had the music loud, and spoke non-stop without a break. She didn't even pay attention to the yogis struggling with learning. I would not put her as an instructor to teach first timers yoga or introduce Core Power Yoga Studio.

Great classes. Clean and calm environment. Good schedule as far as class options are concerned. Instructors are very conscientious about the different abilities of people in class and don't make you feel bad about it ; )
