The classes are challenging enough and the instructors are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really enjoy CorePower Yoga 2 - Heated Power Yoga on Sundays with Mythri (this class fits my schedule the best). I also really appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities. I live kind of far from the studio (20-40mins), so driving back sticky and sweaty is not ideal. I've actually recommended CorePower Yoga to all my friends and family who enjoy heated yoga but most of the studios are kind of far from where we live (Fremont/Union City area).

The facility is very clean and new. The instructors are excellent and the heated yoga class is a good temperature.

I love the personalized sessions with individual yoga teachers. Each session is unique enough to keep things interesting and also shows a different side of yoga/teachers. I do wish the cardio portion won't overpower some specific session since it takes away the yoga mentality and is sometimes hard to do in a hot room. Compared to the CPY in L.A., I feel like there is more pure cardio portion here while down there, teachers like to incorporate that into yoga poses so it doesn't feel like I'm doing Insanity in a hot room.

I do love all the teachers here and I just wish there is a more heightened sense of spirituality. I especially love it when teachers say "you could be anywhere today but you chose to be here...", it's a very powerful way to think of how important yoga and self-love are to the practitioner.

Everyobe was professional and friendly, the class was a wonderful workout, and the facilities were clean and inviting.
