Toni the instructor for hot power fusion was absolutely amazing, I felt like I entered some sort of bliss or nirvana just from how hot the class was along with his teaching, it really pushed me to my edge and it was such a beautiful flow, thank you so much for a great experience I will definitely be back to this location again

The hot yoga class is challenging and relaxing at the same time. Your muscles feel loose and great at the end of class.
The teachers and staff here are AMAZING in every way! Not only are the classes invigorating, challenging and fun but all the staff are so friendly, personable and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend the Winchester location especially!

I like the instructors, I like the flow of the classes and I like having multitude classes to choose from. One thing I would change - occasionally they play the music too loud. If the instructor has an accent (some do), it's hard to hear them and follow along. I find myself looking at other people since you can't hear the directions. Another person commented on this and I had to agree. Other than that, great place, great workout.
