I have really enjoyed my free week - I'm trying to see how the class can fit with my schedule because it can be very unpredictable. (I'm a preschool principal) I showed up to a class 5 minutes before it started and was uncertain if I would be able to join and the instructor walked me in and found me a spot. I can tell the classes are really popular but very welcoming to people at different places of their yoga experience.

The instructors, sculpt classes and variety of class times. Love the energy and challenging workouts.

the new instructor spoke very fast and the movements were also very fast... more like aerobic rather than yoga.

Studio was clean and neat. Instructor was VERY good.

- Raise heat temp little bit higher - will help to sweat and detox more
- The studio to provide yoga mats towels

High quality instructors & has big yoga room.

Instructors like Isabel, Carly, Michelle N, Emily, Tracy, and Allison put so much mindful care and attention into their sequences and make practicing yoga with them a delight. Very grateful for each of them to share their practice.

I like the routine , good mix of all poses , they start and end on time , teachers are very capable and teach with a smile !!

Winchester is literally my second home. The community here is so wonderful and I have a million wonderful things to say about the people here. Such talented teachers that are all so welcoming and really want to see you grow as a person and a student. So lucky and grateful to have found this studio

The instructor was quick to help me get started and very efficient.

Love all the classes that I've taken. Teachers are great and inspiring. Nice location and easy to park. If there's one downside, sanitizing wipe boxes are empty for a few days (don't know whom to tell) and noticed woman bathrooms uncleaned a few times. Otherwise, great experience overall!
