I've bounced around to a lot of the studios in town (pure, sunstone, yoga yoga, black swan, etc.) and Corepower is the first studio where I've really felt my practice progress.

I've done headstands for crying out loud and I never thought that would happen! :)

I like that a lot of the instructors have uplifting quotes and mini pep talks after class. All of the instructors have been great. Andie, Francesca, Timea, Amelia, Kristen, etc.

I am a retail owner and am always amazed when I walk into an establishment and no one greets me. The minute I walked into CPY at the Triangle, Mikaila said hello and gave me a warm welcome. She looked so young...I didn't realize she was going to be my teacher! Ha ha. Her warmth extended into the classroom as well. She gave me hands-on adjustments and a little extra attention, which I welcomed. If she is any indication of what CPY is all about, I'm in for the long haul. Thank you! Looking forward to getting back in shape with you all!

I LOVE this studio. I love the floors of the rooms we practice in. I love the showers and locker rooms. They are clean and accommodating. The staff is super friendly. I am hooked on this studio.

All the teachers are very friendly and welcoming. I love that every class is different and challenging in it's own way. The studio is very clean and smells normal unlike some hot yoga studios.

The atmosphere and people working cultivate peace and gratitude. They are all so wonderful and I am beyond glad I found CPY!!

The classes are great and the studios are generally really clean. They have everything you need from mat/towel rentals and water bottles. The showers are nice too.

I am always amazed at how upbeat and friendly the yogis are; it makes coming to CorePower Yoga a treat. I also enjoy the hands-on assistance provided by the instructors. Mary rocks at it--as do others. There is great class variety and the facility is inviting and clean.

I love the community. I have never attended a bad class.
I typically leave in a better mood then when I arrived. The classes are each unique as are the teachers.

I just started my first free week on Saturday, and I already have been very impressed by Corepower Yoga. I have really enjoyed the classes I have taken thus far, and the staff has been super helpful and friendly!

I have truly enjoyed the detailed instruction and classes that coverany different aspects of yoga. I also love that the classes have had me try new was if approaching traditional poses.

All the classes are heated. The yoga sculpt class is wonderful and combines best of both worlds - strength training with yoga. Love the loud music. All of the teachers are wonderful. Leah especially, but I don't think shes there anymore. the locker rooms are clean and i feel safe leaving my stuff there. water fountain to fill water is good. i only wish towels and mat use were free with a membership.

The hot yoga class was such a great workout for my mind and body. Core power is the first yoga studio that I didn't feel intimated in. Wonderful studio!

I was very pleased with the class and the instructor, Jessica. I was made welcome as a guest. The studio was very clean and neat in appearance. The locker room and showers were also very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my hot yoga experience. We were thirty minutes early for the 11:30 am class and parking was a breeze. I would definitely recommend Core Yoga to anyone into yoga!
