Everything about CorePower is 100%. The instructors, how each one has their own teachings so it's different each time I attend, the studio, the products in the locker room are always useful if need be, and the practices are always fun.

There is SO much I love about core power-- but I'd love it EVEN MORE if there were more weekend classes. I think all of the students would enjoy more Sat/Sun options like we have during the week.
