The triangle is such a welcoming space with easy parking. I’ve enjoyed my classes with Carin, Hallie and Joel the most! As a newbie to yoga (always been a runner or cycle girl) I was never intimated and always encouraged to keep going. I’ve gotten so much stronger mentally and physically. It’s changed my life and made me a better runner.

Joel was great! Provides hands on to almost everyone in the room v other teachers aren't as hands on. Truly helps move forward with my practice as I can go deeper into poses with assist.

Great class. I’m not sure it would be good for beginners and wasn’t sure if it was advertised as one but I felt fantastic by the end. Great job showing examples first before doing so but overall it worked me out well
