Excellent teachers. Great flow patterns in class, with the occasional teacher changing it up. I have never been so enamored of a yoga studio. My body has also transformed in a way that it never did with any other yoga. My mind, body and spirit have found their fitness home :)

It's a very nice studio and the classes were a lot of fun. I liked the level of difficulty, creative movement, stretching, relaxing and core work evenly distributed throughout the classes I took.
