Friendliest instructors and atmosphere
This is my first experience with a yoga class. I was brought in by a friend. I love that the routine is the same each time, so I can get better at my practice. I've enjoyed each instructor, but my favorite is Eugenior at The Triangle.
Always friendly and you can always catch a class due to great a schedule staggering.

Your staff are knowledgeable, motivating and great all around. I really like the sculpt and yoga 2 classes best. Wish there were more sculpt classes. Sometimes the sculpt and yoga 2 classes are too full or really, the rooms are too small.
