CorePower has one of the most welcoming community when it comes to coaches. It also has a variety of options and different difficulty levels for you to participate in depending on how you’re feeling. It’s an amazing workout and great community!
Core power is the best. It’s helped me not only lose weight and look great, but feel confident in myself. It’s so easy to be consistent when you have a workout you love to go to! Love it so much!

I like the professionalism and most importantly the mirrors in the workout room were clean. I went to Monarch and the mirrors were filthy and the customer service wasn't that great but the instructor for my class was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the Triangle location for professionalism, cleanliness and good instructors.
The instructors are all very nice, their styles/music unique. The sculpt classes/movements are wonderful, I feel like I’m at a dance club. I also enjoy power 2 & and am happy power 1 is added to the schedule as well.
I must be the oldest person at the Triangle because of its proximity to the university. I don’t mind as i feel welcomed/encouraged by the instructors but I admit it is hard to recruit friends/cohorts who do mind…
Love this place!
I like the mix of core work with vinyasa which is why i choose this studio over others in the area - i tend to enjoy the classes the most when more core work or repetition of classic body weight exercises are incorporated into the flow. Keeps it interesting and challenging.
Ciera on T and Thursday 6:30 has an excellent class.
