The spaces at Core Power are always welcoming and clean. What makes or breaks a studio is the teaching staff. I took Whitney A's C2 class last Saturday (I was home visiting mom for the weekend), and I must say he truly "gets it" when it comes to teaching. He was completely engaging, encouraging, with the right amount of "hey, you can do this!" without espousing the "no pain no gain" mentality. His cues about alignment and most importantly, the breath, were fantastic and spot on. I'm a 500 E-RYT, and have been teaching in the SF Bay area for 12 years, so I have lots of benchmarks of world class teachers to weigh classes against. You have a gem in Whitney. A great, great teacher.

I love everything! The classes are consistently challenging and leave me feeling amazing, the teachers are friendly and supportive, and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

Variety of classes, fantastic environment. I love that you don't go with traditional music in classes. It's an updated approach to a serious yoga practice. Love that there are showers on site too.

I live right next door so the location is very convenient. I love hot yoga and the classes I've attended the instructors are very good and pleasant to be around.

I love the instructors. I do wish the schedule stayed the same for a longer time period. I have been going here for 2 years now, and often the regular teachers change to different time slots. I would love if it stayed the same.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were super clean.

I like that you guys have different class schedules throughout the day; it really makes it easier for me and I'm sure for a lot of other people. I like that you guys heat up the room temperature because it makes it a bit more challenging for the workout, which is good because it pushes me to try harder. You guys have a very friendly and welcoming staff! :) So really there are no complaints at all. Keep up the good work!! I already recommended CorePower to a lot of my friends. So excited to learn more!
