I took the yoga sculpt class with Jennifer Le. She was fantastic... especially coming from someone who has never taken a sculpt class before. She will keep me coming back!

There is a variety of classes and times that work for every schedule. Sculpt with Erin on Tuesday is a can't miss class & Whitney and Steve are always motivating. Robyn on Saturday mixes it up for a challenge each week. I look forward to working out...and getting my zen on! Thanks team!

Everyone is so helpful and sweet! No one is ever pressuring you into doing anything.

Every instructor that I have had at this location have been incredibly unique and lead great classes! I love how they push us not only physically but mentally. They really focus on setting an intention for our practice and always come back to it throughout our entire practice. This was where I first started my yoga practice and they always leave me wanting to come back to my mat, as often as possible!
