I always leave my class feeling stronger physically and mentally. One class i miss though is the pilates/yoga class core power had years ago. Over all, Core Power is my happy place and I think management is is working hard to make it better and better everyday. Thank you for all you do.

The yogis who guide us are amazing. The studios are clean and smell nice despite our sweating, shower locker room area are clean! I am hooked.love it!
