I have been coming to CorePower Yoga in Huntington Beach since the studio opened at this location.
I love it for a variety of reasons!
First, the facility is beautiful, calm, clean and well-maintained. The three yoga rooms are pleasant, well-lit open spaces. I honestly have a feeling of well-being and happiness every time I come in and get settled on my mat in anticipation of class.
Almost without exception, the instructors I have met have been excellent: knowlegeable, focused, engaged and very caring. Most have demonstrated a passion for their practice that inspires me to do more than I ever imagined I could!
Over the years I exercised at a variety of gyms, but now more than ever yoga is my home and I have canceled membership at all other facilities. CorePower is also a big corporate entity, but I experience none of the "run you through the mill" impersonal treatment and heavy sales pressure I have known at other places.
As a yoga practitioner in my 60's I appreciate the lack of "ageism" at CorePower Yoga! Our culture focuses so incessantly on youth--older people are often left out of the loop and made to feel invisible. I feel confident and comfortable at CorePower Yoga in Huntington Beach. I have had many great conversations with instructors who seem to appreciate that my first yoga practice began in 1969! And on a practical note, thanks for offering a special rate for "seniors".
My friends and collegues hear about the wonders of yoga from me and I have brought several people to class as guests. The drawback I hear from them is that CorePower is too expensive, but I think you get what you pay for. My thought is that yoga practice at CorePower is an investment in my overall health and well-being, not a mere purchase or expense.

Friendly, professional, clean ,invigorating

Clean facilities, multiple studios allow for a variety of class offerings

I like the variety of classes offered. The instructors that I had were soooo super nice and caring. And the items offered in the boutique are incredible!!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It was my first time at a yoga studio and I felt very comfortable.

Lke the basic class as I am a beginner, but still find the room too hot.

CorePower instructors are the best. They care about your practice and are always available to help and answer any questions. One of the main reasons I joined CorePower yoga is the availability of classes during the evening. :)

My best friend introduced me to Core Power almost 2 years ago, and I've hooked ever since. The instructors are top-knotch -- they each have their own style so you get a unique experience with each class, they understand how to break down poses for someone trying for the first time, and they appropriately challenge the class. I haven't found instructors of the same quality at other yoga studios.
