The class is difficult but everyone that works at this studio is very friendly. I've also found the instructors to be very helpful. Especially to a person like me who has not practiced yoga for very long.

I attend the restorative classes and MJ on Wednesdays is my favorite. She has a talent for making everyone feel special. Every core power employee I have run across has been great. The remodel in the ladies room is beautiful, who ever selected the tiles and color did a great job.
