Honestly I loved everything at the first sight of your facility. I'm 23 and told by my doctor that I could be suffering from high blood pressure. I do not look like it but I am. I stressed on a daily basis from home to work and one of my friends invited me to your studio and I felt like I was truly refreshed. I left a yoga class feeling strong, empowered and such uplifting energy. It was the only time in my life I felt like 100 lbs were lifted off of me. I really want take the time and say thank you for these four days that have passed in my free week of being with you guys. I just really appreciate the work that you guys do and am happy there is a company doing great things for humanity. I have gotten my family and friends to hear and join you guys so I just want to say thank you ans you guys are doing a great job

Friendly instructors and clean facility

I like how professional it is: once classes start, no one can enter the room. I like how the studios are heated, but do not smell bad. I like how there are a variety of classes for all levels, and they are flexible for any schedule.
