Alexis Holden is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. I don't come to CorePower regularly, as I do a lot of other things both on my own and in classes. I mostly come for Alexis's classes. Unlike most of your clients, I am not a fan of the classes with weights - I prefer the flow and fusion classes. I use yoga as a supplement to my running and strength training. CorePower is perfect for that for me, especially when Alexis is teaching!
A quick wipe of the floors in between classes would be great. Often in the sculpt room, you have to navigate lots of puddles of sweat and loose hair when putting down your mat. Also, remind people to clean their weights when they’re done!

I love this studio. Community is amazing and the instructors are wonderful. Just wished there were more C1 and C1.5 throughout the week.
All the instructors are encouraging and make working out fun. I love the workouts, the difficulty level, and the sense of community that they create!! And the locker room is always clean and stocked with feminine products if we need it.
The instructors. Class quality is consistent no matter whose class you take!! I’ve gone to other locations and the classes are very hit or miss so shoutout to the teacher training at Tustin bc everyone slays

I love the classes I have taken with Rileigh, Kelly, kaily and sub Leslie! I prefer this location because of them, I just wish they offered more classes in the evening
I really enjoy the classes. I used to be very active and loved working out with weights at the gym. But after a few weeks on medication, I needed time to recover and gradually regain my energy. Yoga has been a big help in that process—it’s allowed me to ease back into a routine and return to a more balanced state. It’s also helped me with self-control, especially when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet.

All the instructors are great Love the fact that is instructors switches up the exercises each class. Core Power has made a huge impact on my fitness and well beiing. The place is clean and everyone is friendly and accommodating.
